Our quotation to you and the initial information we give is absolutely free. However the speed at which we can provide your ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE or other requested services will depend on the level of information you can supply to us.
This information should include the size and complexity of the building, as well as how and with what it was constructed, together with data relating to its associated services, such as heating, ventilation, cooling, lighting, power supply and the activity carried out in each area.
Once the information has been identified and access has been arranged we can usually complete your request within 5 working days after the inspection, or we can expedite the process using our Premium Service if your need is urgent. Our Premium Service guarantees you receive your completed product no later than 48 working hours after the date of inspection.
